1.  Why did you become a missionary?

After I was filled with the Holy Spirit my life was turned upside down and radically transformed. God showed me what it is like to live out of the overflow of his love, joy, and peace and I began to experience a freedom that changed my life. During this, God showed me how many people are living with the orphan spirit (as once did I) and I had this hunger and passion to see those around me set free and walk in this new Freedom.

2.  How many children call you Momma?

The number changes frequently. Currently there are to many to count! Most of the children I am working with either have full blown AIDS or are HIV positive. 1 out of 3 of these children will die within 10 years.

3. Does the African Government support your orphanage efforts?

The continent of Africa has over 60 million of its citizens with AIDS, so we are
just a small piece of the puzzle.

4.  Why are the children of Africa dying at such an alarming rate?

There is an AIDS epidemic in Africa.  Effective long-term health programs are virtually non-existent. In               addition, large areas of Africa are war-torn where violence and death are a common occurrence.
       The mortality rates are staggering.

5.  Why don't you get paid?

Oh trust me I do! Internally I receive a pay check bigger than you can imagine. Financially, I live on faith            and just trust God to provide. Missionaries do not get paid in most ministries. If you would like to be apart         of my work feel free to check out my Donations page.

6.  What is your donation money used for?

You name it! If you want to have your offering used for a specific ministry such as the orphanage,       education, healthcare, food, clothing, transportation, etc. feel free to let me know! Otherwise I look at the          various needs at the time, and with guidance from the Holy Spirit, the money is distributed approiately.

7.  Where did you get your training to become a missionary?

I did a 6 month Discipleship Training School (DTS) affiliated with the Youth With A Mission (YWAM). I took this training in Capetown, Republic of South Africa. Right after, I continued my full-time missionary work in sub-Sahara Africa. I then completed my 4 month Harvest School of Missions with Iris Ministries in Pemba, Mozambique.

8.  How important is spreading the Fathers Love in Africa?

Just as important as it is in America!! Yuh, Africa has alot of desperate people, thus we see the Holy Spirit moving at a rapid rate. Miracles happen in times of desperation. If God doesn't show up, my people die.
It is very simple, yet from a Western mind-set so hard to grasp. The Father's heart is the only thing that can transform a broken nation. God's LOVE doesn't just sustain a community or culture, it literally transforms hearts.

9.  Do you belong to any denomination?

Nope. It is about relationship, not religion. If there are hungry people, I am there!

10.  I would like to help with a small donation.  Is this okay?

Oh my goodness, yes!  Because of the standard of living in Africa, even the smallest amount of money
goes a long way. The American dollar is over 10 times the amount in many African nations.

12.  I have seen you without shoes.  How come?

Ha! If I see somebody walking without shoes on the street I am more than exited to give mine away!
